I have been baking cupcakes since I was a little girl. When I was pregnant with my children especially my daughter Lilly. I had at least 2 dozen cupcakes at hand, it was crazy, I would bake chocolate vanilla marbled cupcakes because I couldn't decide what cake flavor and then I would use 3 frostings, cream cheses, caramel and milk chocolate, I was addicted. I love cupcakes!!
Little did I know that my love for cupcakes would be such a big hit in the UK, Austrailia and the United States. They say its a fad but I think a little cake that is so sweet can put a smile on anyone's face. Usually people only enjoy cupcakes at birthday parties and celebrations, I enjoy cupcakes all the time, why can't we have a batch of yummy cupcakes in the kitchen waiting for us when we come home from work? Its like a sweet dose of goodness to make us feel better.
